NTIEC Secures Women Helping Women Grant for $2,500

Northern Tier Industry & Education Consortium (NTIEC) is honored to announce that we have been selected as a 2026 grant recipient through the Women Helping Women Fund at the The Community Foundation of the Endless Mountains. This meaningful support will help NTIEC continue empowering young women throughout our region as they explore career opportunities and pursue pathways toward successful futures. Through hands-on workforce development experiences, NTIEC works to break down barriers and encourage female students to confidently explore industries that have traditionally been male-dominated. Beyond career exposure, these programs provide students with opportunities to build confidence, strengthen communication skills, step outside of their comfort zones, and connect with peers from other participating school districts. By engaging directly with employers and professionals, students gain valuable experiences that help shape both their personal and professional growth.

The event featured special guest speaker Maria Conigliaro, who shared inspiring insight on confidence, leadership, and purpose. NTIEC is proud to partner with organizations that believe in investing in the next generation of young women. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Women Helping Women Fund and The Community Foundation of the Endless Mountains for their continued support and commitment to creating opportunities for girls across our region.
